• Builder and housing society packages

4. Quotes and Estimates

Any cost estimates provided through the website, assistant chat or enquiry form are indicative only. Final pricing depends on site inspection, actual hardware requirements, wiring condition and scope of work. A formal quotation will be provided after an on-site assessment.

5. AI Assistant Disclaimer

The assistant chat uses a large language model to answer technical questions and produce indicative estimates. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not professional, engineering or electrical advice. It does not constitute a binding quotation, and no installation decision should be made on it alone. Always confirm requirements and pricing with a qualified GrihaTEK representative.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and diagrams — is the property of GRIHATEK IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our products and systems incorporate third-party and open-source software and components (including Home Assistant, ESPHome and Zigbee tooling) which remain the property of their respective owners under their own licences.

7. User-Submitted Content

Enquiry text and chat messages are user-submitted content. You grant us permission to use this content solely to respond to you and to provide our services.

You must not submit third parties' personal data without a lawful basis, and you should not submit sensitive personal information through the enquiry form or assistant chat.

8. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to probe, breach or circumvent security measures
• Overload or flood the service

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Warranty

Hardware warranty terms are provided by the respective manufacturers. GrihaTEK provides installation workmanship warranty as specified in the individual service agreement. Support packages are available for ongoing maintenance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

13. Severability, Entire Agreement, No Waiver and Assignment

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and GrihaTEK regarding use of the website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
